Assisted arrival

For candidates who need travel assistance.

Start application

  1. Application

    Submit your application with your personal information and relevant military experience.

  2. Application review

    We'll review your application and, if you meet the initial requirements, you'll be contacted for a video interview.

  3. Video interview

    We'll contact you to arrange a video interview. We'll discuss your background, experience, motivation, and next steps.

  4. Travel arrangements

    If your candidacy is approved, we'll coordinate your flight and transportation to Ukraine. You'll receive all the necessary travel information.

  5. Arrival in Ukraine

    Our representatives will meet you, assist with accommodation, and take you to the next stage.

  6. Documents & registration

    We'll help you complete the necessary administrative and military documentation.

  7. Contract

    After completing the required procedures and receiving the necessary approvals, you'll sign a military service contract.

  8. Basic military training

    You'll be transferred to the regiment's training facility to complete Basic Military Training (BMT). Afterward, you'll continue according to your assigned role and unit.

Independent arrival

  3. Invitation letter

    If your candidacy is approved, we'll provide an official invitation and instructions regarding your arrival in Ukraine.

  4. Travel to Ukraine

    You arrange your own travel to Ukraine in accordance with the applicable entry requirements.

  5. Meeting in Ukraine

    Our representatives will meet you at the agreed location, including designated arrival points in western Ukraine (Lviv, Ternopil).

  6. Documents & registration

    We'll help you complete the necessary administrative and military documentation.

  7. Contract

    After completing the required procedures and receiving the necessary approvals, you'll sign a military service contract.

  8. Basic military training

    You'll be transferred to the regiment's training facility to complete Basic Military Training (BMT). Afterward, you'll continue according to your assigned role and unit.
